I forgot the password to my phone and decided to flash it
And now after flashing my phone, I was ask to put my iCloud username and password of which I did but it’s not working

Does the Activation Lock show a different Apple ID, or does it not except the password to the Apple ID that you use with this iPhone?

In case this does not work, and you have proof of purchase documentation, you can start an Activation Lock support request and the official Apple Support may be able to disable the Activation Lock.
