Inverted letter place

Recently I bought a new Macbook Air in Spain with Russian keyboard layout. It has misplaced letters engraving position. Does anyone know why this happened? On Apple website keyboard images are presented with correct letter positions.

New Magic Keyboard typing wrong characters I just received my replacement magic keyboard and it's still typing the wrong characters. When I hit shift 2 I get this symbol instead ! When I hit shift for apostrophe I get this : When I tried to do a factory reset, it just sits and churns and it also says that the keyboard is not discoverable in blue tooth mode buy yet I'm typing this with the keyboard hooked up to bluetooth. I need your help. The keyboard is set up properly in system preferences for the country I live in (USA). Any help would be greatly appreciated. this is the computer I use iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) running macOS Monterey Very Frustrated¡¡¡¡ Oh, I guess I get that when I type for exclamation marks....

External USB-Keyboard with Swiss layout Hi Folks After the Ventura update I have a strange problem with my external USB keyboard (non Apple) using Swiss German layout. The § and < key on the left side were swapped, the layout on the MacBook Airs keyboard is correct. The same keyboard works fine with a MacBookPro using Monterey. Keyboard preference shows the following layout on Ventura and on Monterey Any ideas?

Only Apple knows why left-right positions of the engravings have been switched. If you want it back the other way, let them know via
