I have a 30W Anker 313 IQ3 charger and I want to make sure that charging with it won't damage my phone and reduce my battery life. Is this charger suitable for my iPhone 15? And I have a laptop that has USB-C Thunderbolt 4 with power delivery capability. Can I charge my iPhone with that laptop?
