Serious Issue with iPhone 13 Display Causing Headaches and Eye Strain

Hello iPhone Community,

I hope this message finds everyone well. I am writing to share a serious issue I am experiencing with my iPhone 13, and I am seeking advice or assistance.

I was very excited to use an iPhone and saved up money from my salary over several months to buy one. Seven months ago, I purchased the iPhone 13. However, I am unable to use it because within just five minutes of looking at the display, I start experiencing severe headaches and eye strain. Unfortunately, I am now forced to switch to a Samsung Android phone, despite not wanting to, due to the OLED display of the iPhone.

Steps Taken to Resolve:

  1. Adjusted brightness and display settings.
  2. Enabled Night Shift and True Tone.
  3. Tried using the phone in different lighting environments.

Impact:

Due to this issue, I cannot use my iPhone 13 at all, which is very disappointing considering the investment I made and my excitement about using an iPhone.

Request for Assistance:

I am seeking advice from the community on any potential solutions or workarounds that might help reduce the headaches and eye strain caused by the OLED display. If others have faced similar issues, please share your experiences and any solutions you have found.

Thank you for your time

You need to consult your primary physician not seek advice from fellow Apple users.
