Problem with Chinese typing Cangjie

Since the update of the last IOS, when I am typing my email on my iphone with Chinese input method Cangjie, some characters cannot be typed out eg. 一、中、金、木、土, they are all 部首，I have to hit the key twice and cancel one to get the characters. I have called Apple Support, they said that they will solve this issue with their coming IOS update, I waited for over a month and updated with the latest IOS yesterday, but the issue is still there. Anyone has any clue on how to solve this please? It only happened when typing emails
