My pet is no longer recognized

I have two dogs, one is Cairo and one is London

I have multiple photos of them together, but only Cairo is recognized in the "people and pets" section.

I typed "pet" in the search bar and I can find all the photos of "unnamed pet" ALL of the 200+ which is London, but when I add the name it doesn't save no matter what I do.

if I open a photo with both of them there isn't a button with question mark to name her...

kicker is, she USED to be named.

I had photos of my moms dog, Bailey which looks similar to London, as I was separating them I clicked "this is not this pet"

now London is unnamed and I can't figure out how to name her... NOTHING SAVES.
