I need help restoring items from iCloud!

I didn't realize clearing items from iCloud to create space would delete folders from my desktop on my Mac. I cannot locate these in iCloud anymore to restore. Am I SOL? There's nothing in Time Machine

Mac mini, macOS 14.4

If you deleted items from iCloud.com, or from any devices on which you use an iCloud service, it deletes everywhere. If you then empty recently deleted, the items become irrecoverable.

You can restore from your backups that you keep elsewhere.
