Iphone doesn't track Active energy but tracks Steps

Iphone doesn't track Active energy, resting energy and so. But tracks Steps, Walking+Running Distance and Flights Climbed.

If I open Data Sources of Active energy (Health app -> Browse -> Activity -> Active Energy -> Data Sources & Access) then you can see that for some reason this iPhone is not among the data sources. But there are several Apple Watches that I haven’t used for a long time:

I didn't find any settings to add/enable this Iphone as Active energy data source.

Fitness Tracking and Health are enabled in Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Motion & Fitnes.

The same iPhone of my wife in the same section shows itself as a data source and tracks.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17
