Allow Apps to Request to Track on iPhone

"Allow Apps to Request to Track" is grayed out on my iPhone and says "This setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information." My birthdate is correct in my Apple ID - xx/xx/1962 (with the actual date there). I've tried logging out of my Apple ID, restarting the phone, and updating to the latest operating system iOS 17.5. I need this tracking to login to one of my games (Pikmin Bloom) via Facebook, and it was working fine until last night.
