Mac Sonoma Location Issues

I used to have Mac Sonoma on my Mac but I ran into issues like not being able to watch Hulu because Google Chrome wasn't getting my location. And in order for me to access Hulu, I would need to give access to my location. Long story short, I couldn't share my location, and after talking to Apple Customer Service, they told me I had to go back to Ventura. Has this issue been resolved, or should I stick to Ventura?

I have a 2020 MacBook Air M1 Chip.

Allow apps to detect the location of your Mac

If the computer is using a Third Party Security Software and / or running via a Commercial VPN

Either or both maybe the route cause of this current issue

Don't use VPN services

Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions

Third Party Security Software

There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation.

The Operating System resides in a Sealed and Read Only Volume that cannot be opened by the User nor by Third Party Applications.
