iPhone Fotos und Videos vor iCloud-Synchronisierung zuverlässig sichern / back up iPhone photos and videos before activating iCloud synchronization

Hallo Apple Community,

ich habe nun schon seit mehreren Tagen folgendes Problem:

Der Speicherplatz von meinem iPhone ist voll. Da ein großer Teil von Fotos & Videos belegt wird, wollte ich die „iPhone-Speicher optimieren“- Funktion von iCloud-Fotos verwenden. In meiner Familienfreigabe kann ich dafür über 2 TB iCloud-Speicher verfügen. Vorher muss ich jedoch zuerst das iPhone mit iCloud-Fotos synchronisieren. Hierbei kommt die Meldung, dass mit dem Finder synchronisierte Fotos (insgesamt 23.424 Dateien) vorher entfernt werden.

Ich habe aktuell keinen Zugriff auf mein MacBook, da ich mich auf einer einjährigen Reise befinde. Außerdem bin ich mir auch nicht sicher, ob alle 23.424 Dateien wirklich ebenfalls auf meinem Macbook existieren.

Ich habe nun versucht mit einer extra dafür gekauften externen Festplatte, ein Backup meiner Fotos mit dem Macbook meines Freundes zu erstellen. Durch die App Digitale Bilder wird jedoch leider das Erstelldatum der Fotos und Videos mit dem heutigen überschrieben und nicht jede Datei besitzt ein EXIF-Digitalisierungsdatum.

Bei einem kompletten Backup meines iPhones bin ich mir unsicher, ob beim Wiederaufsetzen andere nicht im Backup enthaltene Daten verloren gehen bzw. ob ich dann nicht wieder vor dem selben Problem mit der Finder-Synchronisierung stehe.

Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit die Bilder & Videos meines iPhones vor Datenverlust zu bewahren oder das Löschen dieser bei der Synchronisierung zu vermeiden?

I have the following problem for several days now:

The storage space of my iPhone is full. Since a large part is taken up by photos & videos, I wanted to use the "Optimize iPhone storage" function of iCloud Photos. I can use 2 TB of iCloud storage for this in my family share. However, I first need to synchronize the iPhone with iCloud Photos. When I do this, I get a message saying that photos synchronized with the Finder (23,424 files in total) will be removed.

I currently don't have access to my MacBook as I'm on a one-year trip. I'm also not sure whether all 23,424 files really exist on my MacBook.

I have now tried to create a backup of my photos with my friend's MacBook using an external hard disk I bought especially for this purpose. Unfortunately, the Digital Pictures app overwrites the creation date of the photos and videos with today's date and not every file has an EXIF digitization date.

If I make a complete backup of my iPhone, I'm not sure whether other data not included in the backup will be lost when I restore it or whether I'll face the same problem with Finder synchronization again.

Is there any way to protect the pictures & videos on my iPhone from data loss or to prevent them from being deleted during synchronization?
