Cannot find content blockers

So I have an IPhone 12 Pro and I’m trying to enable content blockers for an app but can’t find it anywhere. The app says go to settings, then safari and then tap “Content Blockers:” does my phone not contain it or do I need it update it first?

“Content and Privacy restrictions” deletes my App Store app I have an iPhone 15, iOS 17.5.1. When I turn on “content and privacy restrictions” so I can block “in app purchases” it deletes my entire App Store app so I can’t download any apps at all! But I can’t turn off in app purchases without turning on “content and privacy restrictions”! How can I block in app purchases while keeping my App Store available to download new apps? Cannot delete app I am not able to delete an app from iPhone 12 Pro Max. I only get the options of Edit Home Screen and Share Bookmark. Is there anyway I can delete this?

I can't remove apps from my phone I've been trying to delete apps from my phone and it won't allow it. I click remove app and it only allows me to remove the app from my screen, which sends it to the library.
