IPHONE 13 ProMax - hardware faliure after a software update

after a software update the phone could not find the cellular net.

the official importer IDIGITAL says the phome was not bought through it so it doesn't help.

the store in which the device was bought says it is a hardware faliure and not it's responsibillity.

a private lab tried to fix the problem 3 times - but could not do it.

this is a hardware issue - it is an APPLE issue.

if the device could not be fixed then it's APPLE's responsibility and APPLE's guarantee on the phone's hardware.

pls provide me a course of action.

thx!

It's not always the iOS update's fault!  Many things can cause phone problems.  If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Remember, the right question often leads to the solution! Please look in the right direction.

iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.

Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

thx for your answer.

I did try to upload the backup - it went well.

a minute after the problem appeared again.

the phone did not fell, it didn't have any problem before the nightly update.

the only thing that happend during the night was the software update.

surely I ask here because all other options did not help.

if it was a straight forward problem I guess I wouldn't end up asking here.....
