Both iPhone and Apple Watch are updated to ios 17.5 and watchos 10.5, however, the pride wallpapers are available only on my phone. I have tried re-pairing, rebooting and changing region. What else can I do?

If you tried to change the region for your Apple Watch, did you buy your iPhone outside of the country where you bought your Apple Watch?
Since the iOS of an iPhone is always tied to the country of purchase, and there are apps, that have for some reason certain features restricted, you can not disable this by changing the region. The iOS will not change.
In your case, if the Watch App on the iPhone does not offer to install those watch faces, you can not do that, because the WatchApp comes with iOS.
An iPhone bought in the USA will have all features enabled that are part of the country specific iOS version.
However, if you buy an iPhone abroad, these devices are supposed to be used in the country of purchase, due to the different built in hardware, that has to support local carriers, especially if it comes to LTE.
So make sure that your carrier supports this model and all its features.

Also remember, that the warranty for an Apple Watch can be restricted by Apple to the country of purchase.
In case of a warranty claim, you will have to bring the device back to the country of purchase, Apple Support does not ship internationally.

I bought my 13PM back in Russia, but the watch was purchased in the US.
Could the problem be that when I paired the watch for the first time, I still had Russia set as a region in settings? I changed it to the US, but it only lifted restrictions for iphone.
I can’t see any pride-themed watch faces and colors in the face gallery at all
Interesting.. Does it mean that once I buy an American iPhone, the restrictions on the watch will be lifted?
