How can I update my iPhone 8 Plus to iOS 14?
I have I phone 8 plus and it's not updating on IOs 14 what should i do, is it a problem with my phone or what?

You can’t.
An iPhone will only update to the “current” version appropriate for that particular model.
For your iPhone 8, that’s iOS 16. (currently 16.7.8)
Since it sounds like you’re pretty far behind in updating; using a computer & cable is probably the most reliable way to proceed.
