Voicemail red badge when there’s no voicemail and it won’t go away.

I’ve got a red badge on my voicemail indicating because there’s a voicemail message but there isn’t. No matter what I do it won’t go away. iPhone 8 on O2. Please help.

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Here’s what you have to do. Dial 1760 to turn OFF your voicemail. Leave for at least ten minutes. Turn off your phone and restart it. Then dial 1750 to turn the voicemail ON again. Then get someone to leave you a voicemail message. Dial 901 and listen to the message then delete the message by dialling 3. It prompts you to dial 3 again. When you have done that the red button disappears.
