Touch ID on my iPhone 7 got broken so can I replace it with a new one?
i have iPhone 7 on IOS 15.8.2, my Touch ID got broken so can I replace it with a new one and it works accordingly

It's integrated into the screen and will require having the screen replaced. Whether it would be worth spending that much money on a much older, out of date iPhone is up to you. I would not personally spend money on an iPhone which can't run the latest iOS version at this point.

At a minimum it will cost $150 and that is subject to if there is any other physical damage to the phone.
