I purchased 2x M3 laptops standard version. Both have different keyboards but with the same model number. The first keyboard has labels for example (return, delete), and there’s an extra key on the enter position and the enter key is placed below the extra key. The second laptop seems to be normal with no changes. Is there something I should be worried about?

The picture on the bottom is of a Mac built for the North America / US market. The other one is not.
But they are not really the “same”. One is US English and one is Italian. The part numbers will be different.
