how do i remove a PostSetupProfile from my personal phone?

i thought profiles couldnt be installed on personal devices. aside from removing some apps like notes, weather, etc my phone is 100% stock the way that tmobile gave it to me. how did a profile get on it? it doesnt show a profile in vpn and device management or whatever that setting is called
