I am unable to access Apple TV and Apple Arcade shared to me by my father.

my father tried to share Subscriptions with me but for me when ever l use Apple Arcade it says cannot download when l press download for Apple TV it says you have to pay(this photo is for my dad) the second one is for me l checked my shared subscription and said this i don’t know why
