Where 'com.apple.quicklook.ThumbnailsAgent' should be in Mac?

Where is 'com.apple.quicklook.ThumbnailsAgent' should be? Right now it's in my trash, I cannot delete it and should not delete it because I have read it's an essential function. Could everyone please know how I put it back in its original place because I think it should not be visible on my finder?

on much older Mac, you would simply select the file, and choose 'Put Away'.

You can certainly try that, but it may not be available.

Today's MacOS uses a crypto-locked system folder, which can not be modified by ordinary means.

if your QuickLook thumbnails are no longer working, it may take a re-install in place to fix this issue.
