Military Discount Through Apple Store App

Does anyone know if it is possible to sign-in to the Apple Veterans and Military Discount Store on the Apple Store app, and if so, how to do it? Or is it only possible to get to that site through the web browser?

Регион Apple ID: Казахстан Язык системы iOS: русский (основной) Язык App Store отображается на английском Насколько я понимаю, язык App Store должен подтягиваться из языка системы, но по факту он остаётся английским. Есть ли способ принудительно переключить App Store на русский, не меняя регион аккаунта?
