I use Outlook hotmail and now I cannot open imbedded links within the emails

Up until a few days ago, my Outlook hotmail worked just fine. Now, when I select a link within the email, nothing happens. For instance....looking at an email from Zillow, I open the email, I click on a home listing to see info and pictures about the home, it does nothing. No error message, nothing. Same for emails from stores or online catalogs. Same for any email that has links within it. I click within the email to continue viewing something or shopping, nothing happens. I am working on a MacBook Air with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. I completely shut down the laptop and powered it back up, but that didn't help.
