I deleted the GarageBand library folder and my Logic Pro won't open😭

My Mac ran out of storage and I couldn't open Logic Pro... so I went into the library folders and deleted the one called 'GarageBand' (and emptied the bin). Now I'm suspecting it has something to do with Logic Pro because I still cannot open Logic Pro even the storage is normal. How can I restore the Garageband library contents??
