No eSIM on iPad Pro 2nd Gen.

After doing a erase and reset, there is no eSIM setup under Cellular Data. Want to use eSIM.

Issue setting up an eSIM, the eSIM section does not appear. Hello, I’m having an issue setting up my eSIM. ESIM not working on ipad Hello all, I am currently trying to get access to internet on an iPad for the organisation I work for. Despite internet and official sources saying that the model has wifi + cellular (iPad Pro 11 inches 4th generation) and making sure the device is at the latest update possible, cellular data doesn’t appear in the Settings. Trying to use a qr code from the cellular company to activate it also does nothing when scanned. Any advice?

Which iPad Pro 2nd Gen? 12.9” (2017) or 11” (2020)?

The older 12.9” does not support eSIM, the 11” supports eSIM so you can see why we need to know which version you have.
