Getting notification about iCloud storage full

I keep getting this notification but I have only used 36% of my 50GB and today they say are sending my photos to an address in Nevada unless I upgrade now, legitimate??

Nope, not legitimate. I’ve seen other users getting the same message and the link provided was obviously not to an apple.com website.
