I have an iPad Pro 12,9 inch and got some yellow and white spot on the screen close to the Apple Pencil recharging area.
Pencil also has some spot which is very wired.
This 2 issues seems related but showed the iPad at Apple Store, they can’t gave me a proper feedback.
I spoke to the Call center and after waiting few days they refuse to replace.
Very disappointed.
Seems a very common, Anyone got the same issue?

The pencil wouldn’t cause this just by charging. The pencil having a spot on it isn’t necessarily weird considering it is something you are handling on a regular basis and is white making it not unheard of for it to have spots or discoloration occur. The screen looks like it may have damage which would require a screen replacement to address it. Unless there is evidence of a manufacturer defect this would fall under accidental damage. If you don’t have AppleCare+ or any other protection coverage you would have to pay for any repair or replacement. I personally have never had anything like this on any of the dozens of iPads we’ve had in my household but have had it on a couple of other non-Apple devices that my kids were using when younger. The damage was due to my boys being boys….causing impacts that didn’t crack the screen but did damage. Other than the spot you show have you had any other issues occurring? Does the area still respond to touch? As long as the are doesn’t spread and you are still able to use the device as expected it might be worth ignoring if paying for repair/replacement isn’t an option.
