Why I my front camera zooming in and out on FaceTime
My front camera zooms in and out like it’s out of focus and it very irritating

You might have center stage turned on. Did you check that?

I have no idea what that is and how we turn it on and off
When you tap your face in the call, select the button that is located on the bottom edge in the middle of your feed, and that should be what helps control you camera zoom.
