iPhone 15 flickering green when restarting and force restarting

My iPhone 15 shows this weird looking screen glitch, it looks like some flickering dark green scattered across the screen whenever I restart the phone. It also happens whenever the phone battery is dead and the connect charger screen shows. The green flickering only lasts a second at most, but it does not seem normal. This has been happening for months, including on the current iOS 17.5 update. I will mention this happened on my previous XR as well, which was on iOS 16.
