Running Excel for Mac on Mac Book Pro. Created a file to keep track of books I read. Today went to add a book and file was “unable to be accessed or deleted “. It is nowhere on my Mac and file pathway says it went to trash but it is not there either and I have not emptied the trash. Help!

Locate it Using Spotlight Search
make sure you've logged in.
also, check the files in your OneDrive if you've enabled the sync.
if not found, the "approved method" would be to restore from your trusted backup.
¿what is the date of your most recent backup, and by what method?
