Updating Logic Pro x 10.6 to current update

I am using an iMac Macos Big Sir 11.7. I currently have logic pro x 10.6 and I am trying to download the latest update 11 but its not available to me. I have tried going to the Apple store and click updates. There were no available updates for 11. How do I get Logic Pro x 11 version download?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.7

Minimum System Requirements

macOS Ventura 13.5 or later
6GB of available storage space for minimum installation or 72GB of storage space for full Sound Library installation
