Apple maps

Everything is good about using iphone and iOS software but in my country jordan especially in amman (the capital city) I really need to use maps , routes and directions !!! But why its not working in jordan ? 90% of Jordanians people are using iOS devices , so will apple do it for us and make it possible to use the maps of App Store ????
