Damage to My MacBook Pro M3 Caused by Apple Watch

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate incident that has caused noticeable damage to my cherished MacBook Pro M3. I have been an ardent supporter of Apple products for many years, and currently, I own both a MacBook Pro M3 and an Apple Watch, both of which I adore for their functionality and design.

However, I recently discovered that the G lock of my Apple Watch has damaged the corner of my MacBook Pro, as shown in the attached image. The realization that two of my most valued Apple products have inadvertently caused harm to one another is truly disheartening. I was unaware that the medium loop of the Apple Watch could pose such a risk to my MacBook, and there were no warnings or guidelines provided to prevent such damage.

My heart is genuinely heavy watching the corner of my MacBook Pro being marred in this way. The aesthetics and integrity of my laptop have been compromised, and it pains me to see it in this condition. I feel let down, as I have always trusted Apple to deliver not only cutting-edge technology but also products that complement each other harmoniously.

Given the circumstances, I am reaching out to seek a resolution. I kindly request that Apple consider offering some form of compensation or assistance in addressing this issue. Whether it is a repair for my MacBook Pro, a replacement part, or even a new watch loop that would prevent further damage, I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide.

I have always held Apple in the highest regard, and I hope that this matter can be resolved to restore my faith in the brand. Your understanding and prompt attention to this matter would mean a great deal to me.
