How do I get a refund for an app?
I clicked on a link saying that an app would be free for a year then I got charged for it. How do I get my money back?

Clicking on a link makes it sound like the purchase was made from a website. You will need to contact that site for a refund or dispute the charge with your payment method. Many apps also have a website they would like you to use in order to avoid Apple's own payment processing that allows easy cancellation and where you can request a refund through them. Netflix is one example of an app that manages their purchases themselves on their website, and disputes need to be handled through them.
An in-app purchase on your device is done by double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen followed by verification using TouchID/FaceID or passcode. These purchases are managed by Apple and you can request a refund using the following link. You can also cancel subscription easily.
