I’m having this problem only with this one website I use daily for qigong. It worked fine until they changed their website and now I only get audio. Otherwise, wether it’s from YouTube or any other source, everything is fine, I get both audio and video. Any idea what could be happening?
Streaming from iPhone 11 Pro, all devices are up to date. Browser is Safari. I tried different browsers (Chrome and Firefox), nothing works.

If AirPlay works for other sites, apps, and content, then AirPlay is working fine, and the issue is with the site that is the exception. They may have configured their site differently for multimedia, or the multimedia itself is encoded differently. Any changes for compatibility may have to come from the content provider. Consider contacting them about your issue.
You may try system-wide screen mirroring from Control Center. It has some drawbacks compared to in-app AirPlay controls, but it might be a solutions until they fix it.
Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support (2nd half of the page).
