HomePod Mini - Is there a fix to it?

I've had my HomePod mini for about two years, and its performance has declined over time. I primarily use it to request specific songs, albums, or playlists on Apple Music. Unfortunately, the HomePod is frequently inaccurate. Even when I rephrase and speak clearly, Siri often fails to cooperate. When I request a reminder or even just to set a timer, Siri will respond with "I am unable to process the request right now" or "I am having issues. Please try again." My internet connection is fast and stable, with the router only 15 feet away and no obstructions between it and the HomePod. I am sorely disappointed with the performance and am tempted to revert to using my 10-year-old Echo/Alexa speaker. Could you please assist with a possible update or fix?
