OneDrive Error - Needs to Restart (Sonoma 14.5)

I have had OneDrive installed on my M1 Mac Mini for about 2 years now, and never had any issues. For the last couple of moths, every time I boot up my Mac I get an error message saying 'There is an error, please restart OneDrive'. The app then automatically closes and doesn't let me access any settings.

If I uninstall it, nd re-install, it goes through the set-up process then presents the error message 'this account is already associated with a OneDrive application'. Any ideas?

Before installing 14.5 everything worked fine. I removed and installed OneDrive from scratch several times, but the issue persists. While I can access OneDrive with Safari w/o any issue, it’s the app that seems to have some sort of connectivity issues, spinning for minutes, sometimes delivering the expected result, other times stuck.

It would be nice to get to a quick resolution because not having files synchronized is definitely a real inconvenience. Thanks
