This program is sponsored by multinational organizations to help people all over the world because of the Global Pandemic Crisis that has put Most Families in Poverty.

Yes. Any message telling you that you've won a contest you didn't enter is a scam, and one based in the UK wouldn't use other countries' currencies except when exchanging money.
