Haptics on iphone 11 not working

I have the system haptics and keyboard haptics turned on in settings, but there’s still no haptics. I tried calling apple support and did a diagnosis and found no hardware or software problems. What do I do?

Iphone keyboard haptic feedback stops working randomly Im having an issue that keyboard haptics stopped working randomly… sometimes when i unlock the phone, haptic doesn’t work, i have to restart the device to get haptic back. Im using an iPhone 13 with latest iOS, which is 17.0.3. I bought the phone no more than 2 weeks and i encountered this problem 2/3 times. Can’t confirm whether the iOS 16 had the same problem since i upgraded the os as soon as i bought the phone.

Haptics on Iphone 14 Pro Alright i’ll try to keep this short and concise, but the haptic feedback on my Iphone 14 Pro *sometimes* doesn’t work. I’ve tried to keep a in-head lost of when these happen, but I cant really see any pattern. I also thought that updating to 16.2 would help, (was previously on 16.1) but no luck. This “No haptic feedback”, when it happens, results in a complete loss of haptics, and doesn’t come back at any specific time. Restarting doesn’t seem to work either. If any of yall got any ideas as to what it could be please let me know. This does seem to be a really annoying bug, that sometimes stays for hours at a time.

Didn't they tell you what the issue is?

It's possible you haven't visited an Apple Authorized Service Provider that can handle this issue. These service centers can diagnose the problem and offer solutions, like fixing your Haptics or guiding you on how to get them working again.
