Trying to install Postgresql
Is Homebrew safe? They are providing a way to install multiple packages in an easy way. Can they be trusted, should i install using Homebrew or not ?

I have been using package managers on my mac for many years and homebrew is the best one right now. we had fink and macports in the past they were also good in the day.
Homebrew is better because for the most you can install many packages and it does not require you to use SUDO which is safer.

Define "safe".
Are you asking if Homebrew is malware? No, it is not. Judging from the posts about Homebrew in this forum, it is a good way to render your Terminal environment inoperative.
