Brave Browser and Google Chrome not opening any sites

When I open Brave or Chrome they will not go to any sites, they just spin.

When I use Private Browsing Brave and Chrome both work and go to all sites.

Again I say they only work in private browsing and not regular windows.

Using latest Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 and latest Brave and Chrome Browser, I think

this all started on the update of these Browsers.
