How can I stop Apple from charging my Credit Card without Permission?

As I was mentioning It's IMPOSSIBLE to find at APPLE web any option where to ask, either to stop this horrible way to handle business . I trusted Apple with my devices: Phone, MacBook, iPad, AirPods, etc., everything.

I did not request, buy, either open any subscription or "large digital goods" as my Bank C Card statement shows", when I did ask what for the details on this particular monthly charges (I didn't have any idea that my C card have been charge every month! since May 27, 2023 by APPLE BILL (408)*******9CA bank statement description as "RECORD SHOPS" First charge was for $0.99; later APPLE BILL number changed to(866)712**** CA -merchandise description change to "large digital goods"... Reviewing each credit card bank statement, I saw an increase to $2.93 on November 27, 2023 description: "Record shops" again.

The next monthly charge was done on 12/26/23 and got up to $2.99 to current!

Regardless, I was unable to find any APPLE web OPTION, either support for this issue, I still want believe that Apple have a professional staff who is willing and capable to fix this kind of issues, and stop this awful way that has been use to still money from Apple customers (even it looks like more than one have to experienced the same issue, I didn't see any response from the community and either from Apple).

Hopefully, this time more people will come forward and like me, respectfully request a response with a solution as soon as possible.


APPLE, You have my personal information including my email address, I will be waiting to hear from Apple the good news that my case have been review, and the issue is solve! I do promise the Community I will update and keep you all inform.

Last but not least, I do formally request my money back -as I mentioned- I didn't buy, either requested any APPLE service and NEVER authorized my Credit Card to be monthly charge.

IF you Apple purchase history does not show the charges, it is the long-running scam mentioned.


NOTE: In viewing your purchase history when you have Family Sharing enabled, you must set the "Apple ID" field to "All" to get a full picture of all legitimate charges:
