how to ENTER a wifi password on iPhone?

NO they don't, you enter wifi password just like you do on any other devices whether Apple or Windows, click on said wifi, then when prompted enter the password so you can connect to it.

That would be up to the commercial Wifi site. They may have a requirement to enter a Password each time you want to use the Wifi service. That would NOT be something Apple has any control over.
