Apple Business Manager, installing Configurator

By following Add devices from Apple Configurator to Apple Business Manager - Apple Support

I want to add new device from my Mac

I figured out that my Mac is connected to Apple Business Manager

I can see it in the device section with some MDM Server assigned

I added configurator at apps and books

But I can't install configurator from app store or any other apps from app store, becose get button is inactive
