Unsolved issue with Voice to Text automatically adding Contact information

I've been having this issue for a while now and every response found for others having the same problem dating back to 2021 have not solved my current issue. While using Dictation aka Voice to Text while in any app, the mention of any name which correlates with a name in my Contacts app automatically adds every extra character under the "First Name" section for that specific contact. This feature has never been ideal for myself considering their Contact name is catered specifically for my own eyes and I am not always speaking about that Contact. For example, my partner shares the same first name as one of my managers I work with, but when talking in a professional manner I am tired of having to go back and delete the affectionate emojis that are automatically added when mentioning their shared name. I may have overlooked an obvious solution that is already publicly known, but from my own searching I haven't come across anything that is a 100% fix which I could then implement on my iPhone.
