Apple Pay not received by daughter.

I sent my daughter money through Apple Pay. She told me after the fact that she could not set it up because she was too young. How can I receive my money back? Also, where is it since she doesn’t have it set up on her Apple ID

Apple Pay is a data payment service that Apple provides. Apple is not a bank, and any funds deposited in Apple Cash are held by Green Dot Bank. When an account is not setup and established, the funds are held by Green Dot Bank for approximately 7 days and then they are returned to sender.
