Why does the Dictionary App show unsorted results?

To use the dictionary app, the user starts typing in the search box. If the user has the All tab selected, the list appears sorted as it used to be with the word typed at the top. However, if you start your search with the Dictionary tab selected, the list appears in some unsorted fashion, the order of which I cannot determine (maybe by search popularity?).

Here is an example: search for the word "guy." With the All tab selected, the word "guy" is the top selection. You can click on the Dictionary tab to get the associated definition. However, if you type "guy" with the Dictionary tab selected, "Guy Burgess" (which is really "Burgess, Guy") is the top choice, followed by "Guy Fawkes" (really "Fawkes, Guy"). To get to the definition of "guy," you have to go through the unsorted list and find the word you want.

Is that the way the app is supposed to work? UGH!!! I liked the old version much better.
