Error “We are still processing these purchases. You can report a problem once they are done.”

“We are still processing these purchases. You can report a problem once they are done.” This is what i’m seeing when I go to refund a purchase made on accident. So I reported it and it says I have to wait up to 48 hours but it has been well over 48 hours
