iCloud CP for Win10 Pro - Outlook Calendars Integration Problem

Hello,

I am praying someone can help me here because I am going out of my mind. I started trying to work with MS Support on this issue, and they promised me a phone appointment with an escalation specialist (after 4 hours on the phone & remote connected with level one support) but they never called. I called back to ask about why then never called and found that their system never properly registered that 4 hour call to create a case number because not only could the new phone support agent NOT find the case but I discovered that their system NEVER issued me an automatic email for the case either.

The new phone support agent listened to the problem and agreed to set up a new phone appointment with an escalation specialist but then they summarily sent me an email telling me their escalation team refuses to help because it is a problem with the iCloud CP and it is not their problem and they are closing the case and did just that. Well, they are going to find out EXACTLY HOW WRONG THEY ARE WHEN I CALL THEM BACK AND BLAST A SUPERVISOR FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I am including a screen shot so you can see their garbage attitude. (screenshot of their disgusting email below)

That being said, and since this is a cross over issue here's the problem.

My Outlook calendars on all 3 of my computers have been working fine for years with syncing between my iPad and iPhone but over the weekend they stopped working properly. The calendars were not showing up anymore in Outlook for the iCloud calendars on both my 2 Win11 Pro computers and also my 1 Win10 Pro laptop. They were working perfectly even with the new iCloud updated control panel and then all of a sudden just stopped working.

Troubleshooting steps performed:

Signed out and back into the iCloud CP multiple times

Removed and re-added the iCloud email account into Outlook both through the automated "find email account" process and manually configuring the account servers.

Reset the "App Specific PW"

Uninstalled & reinstalled the iCloud CP multiple times

Created multiple new Outlook Profiles

After all of those steps my 2 Win11 Pro computers are now functioning normally in Outlook; the calendar shows up properly and is successfully syncing with my iPad Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Win10 Pro laptop is still NOT functioning at all. The calendar will NOT even show up in Outlook. It is completely missing. The iCloud CP accepts my logging into the iCloud account successfully (shows my avatar image and name at the top) but when I try to set up the Outlook portion it gives me an error message that my ID/PW is incorrect. I am able to get the iCloud email account to function successfully in Outlook but the Calendars just will not set up at all and give that error message (screenshot below)

The MS Support person tried numerous times to manually build the iCloud email account but he kept setting it up as an IMAP server. I have had discussions on the Microsoft Forums and someone has said that IMAP cannot sync calendars. I am going to try setting up the account manually as a POP3 which I truly do not think will fix it because I have NEVER had to do that in the past, but I don't know what else to do. All suggestions are appreciated.

Sincerely,

WndrWmn
