Restore App Store

There are 2 possibilities:

• It is in the App Library and you can put it back on the Home Screen.

• Screen Time restrictions are set to prevent use of the App Store. The location is at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps.

You can view if anyone else is logged into your account by going to Settings > [name on top], scroll to the bottom to see what other devices are logged into your account. Anyone that has access to your account can change your password.

Are you part of a Family Sharing plan?

The same Screen Time restrictions can be set to limit access to websites. Turn off Screen Time by going to Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time.
